Scampy`s Annex in Anderson

The food was great. The workers were awesome the restaurant was clean. Everything was amazing even the food

My first time back in Anderson in a very long time, and was thrilled this place is exactly the same. Pizza and stromboli with a thick layer of cheese across the top...delish. They use the crumbly sausage we love! The pasta is good too with a thick red sauce and baked options. The decor is still the same as it was 30 years ago, and it was old then - so nothing fancy. Friendly service too. Everyone that came in while we were there seemed like well known regulars. The retail strip it is in could use some love, but still a worthy walk back in time.

The pizza and atmosphere are excellent. The sandwiches, in my opinion, leave something to be desired but are still decent. There's a bar attached to the restaurant in case you're in more of a drinking mood and there are several large televisions if you want to meet with friends and watch a game.There's something about the cheese they use here that makes their pizza unlike you can find anywhere else.

My favorite pizza in Indiana. This our "go-to" place for a diet cheat day (or two..since the pizza is always loaded with sausage and cheese). Yumm!!!

If you want inconsistencies then this is your place. I am wondering we always order out and the order is never right or totally different depending on who makes it up...is it like that for those of you that eat the in too? We have taken things back, called and was told to come back, had it identified when we walked back in that the cook decided to cook some things differently and all new was made. We are out and hear the name and cringe...then someone in the group will say how great things are and been going there for years...so do you have to know someone or what to get the same thing correct each time you order???? I usually get a side Caesar salad $3 so today go with the chicken Caesar large....at almost $9 this one minus the shaved parmesan had a pile of sprinkle parmesan in the corner and no way the portion of chicken or added lettuce was $5. Just another bad one to add to the list!

It was very good. I will say some of the toppings could have hotter due to them being piled high. But over all. Very tasty

Deluxe pizza was excellent!!

Nice friendly people working. More relaxed and better feel than you get from the larger chain pizza places. Good selection of food. Pizza, pasta, sandwiches and salads. The pizza was very tasty and the wait was not long at all. I enjoyed the bread sticks filled with cheese. Next time I have the chance I will stop in again.

Its been a little bit since I've been here but something reminded me of this place and thought they deserved a review. I didnt branch off on the menu much at this place but I remember the chili spaghetti was really freaking good. It was covered in melted cheese. I worked in the area at the time and I always asked the locals good places to eat and most people recommended that place! If you are in Anderson check this place out!

Usually the Roast Beef sandwich is wonderful. Wednesday my husband wanted 1 so I drove over and picked one up. Well when I got home with it the bun was very hard very little Roast Beef even after dipping the sandwich it just tasted terrible! We love Scampy's but if it ever happens again we will never go back to Scampy's. Very disappointed.

One of the best pizzas around!

I live 3 minutes away from there. I called to place an order for pick up. They said they couldn’t take anymore to go orders but I could come dine in. WHAT?!? Which one is easier as a business make food and let them go or tie a waitress up and having them cater to a customer as you dine in. Beyond confused. You’d think with Bloomers going out of business they would prepare for an uptick in business!

The food is terrific and the employees are very personable.

This was our first time eating here we had a deluxe pizza it was delicious. It was deffiently worth the drive and we will come back.

I took my children here for lunch. It was wonderful. The portions were wonderful for the price. We had such fun listening to the music and dancing around and eating. We will go back for sure.

I grew up eating scampys now my kids go there and my grandkids enjoy it also 😊. ..keep up the good job

Friendly service, great food! If you love their bread sticks and cheese, you should absolutely try their bosco sticks.
